For those of you who are complaining about their service, it is a pawn shop. Just fair warning, they give u no reminder calls even when u request one if u have put somethg in pawn but then when u ask them after they sold ur precious item, they tell u ur one of a thousand customers they service so that's why there are no reminders and then if u try to locate the item u pawned to repurchase it back, the supervisors wait weeks to follow up with you after your numerous calls just to tell you they sold your item...
